Marge Custis, Secretary of the Board and chair of the Nominating Committee. Ms. Custis is a community volunteer and ardent supporter of local non-profit organizations. She has received awards from the League of Women Voters and the Library Foundation for her volunteer work. Following the death of her husband, Max Custis, Ms. Custis set up the Custis Care Fund with Hospice of Humboldt. Funds are used to provide extra services to needy patients and families. Any donation to Hospice of Humboldt may be designated for the Custis Care Fund. Ms. Custis has lived in Eureka for 40 years.

Ms. Mastroni is a human resources consultant with expertise in both business and non-profit human resource management and serves as chair of the Human Resources Committee and co-chair of the Hospice Shop Committee. Ms. Mastroni lives in Eureka.

Ms. Jordan has been a volunteer with Hospice Shop for the past four years. She has a degree in nursing and also has worked in nursing administration. She has been involved with hospital consultation and as a JCAHO surveyor. Ms. Jordan is retired and lives in Bayside.
